Yes. Go to the booking list, select the reservation, and choose the modify or cancel option depending on the status and policy.

Yes. Our system supports group bookings and multiple-room reservations under a single guest profile.

Yes. Walk-in guest registration is supported directly from the front desk dashboard.

The system supports cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments (e.g., bKash/Nagad), and bank transfers.

Yes. Invoices are automatically generated upon check-out and can be printed or emailed to the guest.

Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are fully refundable; those made 24–48 hours before get a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or for no-shows. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

To cancel your booking, log in to your account, go to the "My Bookings" section, select the reservation you wish to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking." You’ll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete. For help, contact our support team.

Guests can request housekeeping through the room phone, mobile app, or by informing the front desk.

Please report any issues to the front desk or via the mobile app, and our maintenance team will attend to it promptly.
